Mentorship Program

COSL Mentorship Program

The council of School Leaders and the Manitoba Teacher’s Society is seeking experienced, outstanding principals and vice-principals representing all levels of schools from across the province to be an external third party whom an early service school leader can approach in trust as a sounding board with an experience and knowledge base to draw from.

The program offers mentors training and support. There would be no formal matching of mentors and mentees. Early service school leaders will be able to access mentors on a casual basis. The active mentorship can make a difference for leaders and student learning
